I am a doula who believes that anything we put our thoughts to, we can create. I believe in the power of each individual, and strive to achieve each mother's goals. Birth is a beautiful experience that each women creates. Her dreams and desires for the birth, are as sacred as anything. I enjoy working with women, and the strength that is created when women help women. There is a magic and a support system that is built between mother and doula. I am a certified Hypnosis Certified Hypnobabies Instructor,Hypno-doula, a lactation specialst and so much more.

I am many things, a mother, a sister, a friend, a teacher, and a doula. I am here to support women as they make the journey through birth.

Birth to me is a wonderful fascinating time full of hopes and dreams and expectations of all kinds. In our society many have been raised to fear birth without realizing that it is a normal natural process made to bring joy and fulfillment to a woman. Connecting with the process of a healthy happy pregnancy and birth can be as simple as connecting with your own divine nature and just tuning in to see where it leads you. In my connection to the birthing process, I have given birth to nine babies of my own and have attended numerous births of many different kinds. I have skills in meditation, theta healing, energy work, massage, pre and post birth counseling to release blocks and fears associated with birth, and intuitive birth coaching. I am willing to help a woman with whom ever she chooses to give birth anywhere at any time. My focus is the ability to help you to create the birth you desire along with giving you my skills and knowledge to make wise informed decisions. The blessings of birth can extend for a lifetime and bring joy to all those connected. My center and focus is to make this be so.
